Chocolate vs Cheese

Mmm.. sebenernya bikin cake ini udah 2 minggu yang lalu tapi karena ini dan itu (salah satunya malas up date) jadi baru ke posting hari ini.
sesuai dengan judul he..he...kayak mau main bola aja topingnya pake coklat dan keju. ini black forest biasa yang dihias dengan strawbery, coklat dan keju...

Pempek


Ketika berkunjung ke blognya mbak Evie JKT baca postingan ttg Kopdaran mereka 2 minggu yang lalu di rumahnya Mbak Evie, bagiku yang paling manarik dari acara tersebut karena menu utamanya adalah PEMPEK...... pengen..... akhirnya demi memuasakan rasa kangen dgn pempek ya buat sendiri untungnya disini ikan tenggiri sangat gampang ditemukan.
ini resep pempeknya (sedikit beda dgn resep terdahulu krn skrg aku buatnya pake FP)

Bahan

400 grm daging ikan tenggiri

200 ml air es

3 siung bawang putih haluskan

300 grm katakuriko (krn disini gak ada sagu, resep aslinya pakai sagu)

garam dan gula secukupnya

2 butir telur ko0cok lepas untuk isi pempek

cara membuat:

masukan ikan dan food processor giling, tambahakan air, bawang ptirih gula dan garam, giling lagi samapi ikan halus dan bumbu tercampur. masukan sagu (me...katakuriko) giling lagi sampai rata dan adonan dasar pempekpun siap digunakan.
Untuk membuat pempek telur
ambil adonan sedikit bentuk bulatan dan beri lubang kemuadian isi dengan kocokan telur, rebus di air mendidih hingga terapung dan matang, angkat dan sisihkan
penyajian. goreng pempek dan sajikan hangat bersama Cuko pempek

Wedding Anniversary Cake (Again)
This week one of my friends celebrated her 2nd wedding anniversary. She asked me to make the anniversary cake which contain 10 small love-shaped chocolate, 3 strawberries, small amount of dry coconut, surrounded with pink and white roses and the color of cake is pink. Those numbers mean her anniversary date……
So I tried to transfer her request to become this cake…




I found how to make the wave basket from this book that I bought it 2 months ago from Amazon.com
