Puding Caramel

setelah sekian kali bikin puding ini baru sempet ke posting sekarang, krn gak sempet di photo he..he..
Puding Caramel*
Source : Natural Cooking Club

Bahan Puding :
5 butil telur L size
125 grm gula pasir
2 sdm maizena
500 ml susu segar
1/4 sdt vanili

Bahan Caramel:
175 gula pasir
1 sdm air jeruk nipis
3 sdm air

Cara membuat :
1. Buat caramel, jerang gula dengan api kecil. Kalau gula sudah mencair semua, masukkan air dan air jeruk nipis, masak sampai warnanya kecoklatan lalu angkat, tuang ke cetakan, dinginkan

2.Buat puding, campur gula dan telor, aduk pelan sampai gula larut, kemudian masukkan maizena yang sudah diencerkan dgn sedikit susu, masukkan juga semua susu, aduk kembali pelan-pelan. Saring, tuang ke cetakan yg berisi caramel tadi

3. Kukus selama 30 menit atau oven dgn cara au bain marie selama 90 menit.
