Bolkus Ketan Hitam

Mmmm............... setelah sekian lama merindukan si tepung hitam ini akhirnya aku mendapatkannya dari salah seorang temen, akhirnya aku bisa juga buat si hitam manis ini.
Bolkus ini rasanya enak sekali, dan teksturnya juga lembut. resep bolkus ini saya dapat dari kemasan tepung ketan hitam yang di beli temen di Indonesia.....berhubung kapasitas kukusan saya kecil jd saya hanya buat 1/2 resep aja di resep aslinya juga pake susu kental manis 2 sdm tapi saya gak pake.....
ini resep bolkus diatas:
Bahan
Telur 3 butir
gula pasir 125 grm
tepung ketan hitam 125 grm
mentega 100 grm cairkan
vanili
Baking powder 1/4 sdt
garam sedikit
Cara membuat:
panaskan dandang.
kocok gula n telur hingga putih dan mengembang, masukan tepung ketan hitam aduk rata, masukan garam dan vanile. terakhir masukan mentega cair... aduk rata masukan ke loyang ukuran 18 cm kukus selama 30 menit angkat dinginkan dan potong sesuai selera.......
