Onde-Onde
BAHAN:
Bahan kulit:
250 gr tepung ketan
25 gr tepung sagu
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt vanili
15 gr gula pasir
1 btr telur
175 ml air hangat
100 gr wijen putih
air untuk pencelup
minyak goreng
Isi:
100 gr kacang hijau,
yang sudah direndam selama 2 jam
75 gr gula pasir
1 lbr daun pandan
1/4 sdt garam
1/4 sdt vanili
50 ml santan

CARA MEMBUAT:
Buat isi: Kukus kacang hijau sampai matang dan empuk, angkat, haluskan selagi panas. Masak kacang hijau bersama gula pasir, daun pandan, garam, vanili, dan santan dengan api kecil sambil diaduk hingga menggumpal. Angkat dan dinginkan, bentuk bulat - bulat sebesar kelereng.
Buat kulit: Campur tepung ketan, tepung sagu, garam, vanili, dan gula pasir, aduk, tambahkan telur, aduk rata. Tuangi air hangat sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni sampai halus dan dapat dipulung, sisihkan.
Ambil 1 sdt adonan kulit, pipihkan, taruh adonan isi yang telah dibulatkan, rapatkan hingga kacang hijau tertutup lalu bulatkan. Celupkan sebentar dalam air lalu gulingkan dalam wijen. Goreng onde-onde dengan api kecil hingga kering dan kecokelatan. Angkat dan tiriskan.
