Gulai Rebung

Kangen dengan gulai rebung yang sering dibuat ibuku dulu waktu masih di Palembang dan kebetulan Yongki jual rebung potong banyak dan murah akhirnya buat gulai rebung deh....

Bahan:
300 gram rebung potong sesuai seleara(saya pake yg udah dipotong)
1/2 bagian ayam
3 gelas santan
1 batang sereh geprek
2 lembar daun salam
3 lembar daun jeruk
2 buah asam kandis
garam dan gula secukupnya

Bumbu halus
4 buah cabe merah (kalau tdk suka pedas bisa di hilangkan atau diganti dgn paprika merah)
5 siung bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
2 butir kemiri
2 cm laos
2 cm jahe

Cara membuat :

Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, masukan ayam tambahkan garam, gula, sereh, salam dan daun jeruk, masak sampai ayam berubah warna, tambahkan santan dan asam kandis terakhir masukan rebung masak hingga matang. sebelum diangkat cicipi lalu tambahkan potongan daun bawang gulai rebung pun siap disantap.
