Kering Kentang
Mm.......setelah sekian lama libur posting di blog akhirnya.........aku posting juga resep kering kentang ini, setelah beberapa kali buat dan hasilnya kentangnya cepat sekali melempam untungnya sekali ini ok garing mesti udah cukup lama asalkan disimpan ditempat yg kedap udara. ternyata rahasiannya ada pada kentangnya sebelum digoreng direndam sebentar di air kapur sirih....ini resepnya :
Bahan
kentang 1/4 kg kupas potong kecil (memanjang dan tipis)
200 gram teri halus (teri medan)
air kapur sirih untuk merendam
minyak untuk menggoreng
Bumbu halus
5 batang cabe merah kalau mau lebih pedas boleh ditambah
5 siung bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
garam dan gula
cara membuat:
rendam potongan kentang di dalam air yang diberi kapur sirih dan sedikit garam kemuadian goreng samapi kering dan berrwarna kecoklatan. kemuadian goreng teri sampai kering.
tumis bumbu halus sampai harum dan matang cicip bila rasanya sudah ok campur gorengan kentang dan teri kedalam bumbu halus aduk rata angkat dan simpan di tempat yang tertutup. kering kentang bisa bertahan lumayan lama..
