Pesmol

Bahan :

4 ekor ikan ukuran sedang (biasanya ikan mas atau gurame tp ikan lain juga enak)
1 batang sere
1 sdm cuka
2 sdm gula pasir
1 buah wortel dipotong panjang 3 cm
1 buah mentimun dipotong panjang 3 cm
2 buah cabe merah iris meyerong
4 buah bawang merah
2 lembar daun jeruk purut
100 ml air
2 sdml minyak untuk menumis

minyak untuk menggoreng ikan
Gula dan garam secukupnya

Bumbu yang dihaluskan:
3 siung bawang putih
3 buah bawang merah
1/3 sdt kunyit bubuk
2 cm jahe
4 buah kemiri

Cara Membuat:
Ikan dilumuri air garam kemudian digoreng hingga matang sisihkan.
Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan dan sere hingga harum. Masukkan gula pasir, dan air, aduk-aduk. Setelah agak mengental masukkan potongan wortel, timun, cabe. daun jeruk dan bawang merah utuh, aduk sebentar. tambahkan cuka terakhir masukan ikan goreng angkat dan sajikan.
