| Brownies Kukus lapis agar-agar |
untuk resep browniesnya sama dengan brownies kukus yang pernah saya publis sebelumnya, bedanya kali ini lapisan coklatnya saya ganti dengan agar agar hijau...lumayan buat mengurangi coklat.
untuk agar-agarnya:
masak 1 bungkus agar- agar hiaju dengan 50 gram gula pasir dan 400 ml air.
dinginkan dan potong- potong bentuk dadu.
pada saat mengukus brownies gantikan DCC dengan agar-agar Hijau
