Ayam Goreng Tepung

Bahan:
500 grm filet ayam
2 putih telur

Minyak untuk menggoreng.

Bumbu untuk ayam

Bawang putih, jahe 2 cm, Garam, kecap asin, merica


Bahan tepung pembalut (campur semua jadi satu)

2 sdm tepung terigu
, 1 sdm tepung maizena,1 sdm tepung beras, ½ sdt merica, ½ sdt garam

Cara membuat :

Potong-potong ayan sesuai selera cuci bersih sisihkan,
haluskan bawang putih dan jahe campur dengan kecap dan merica, ungkep ayam dengan bumbu hingga matang angkat dan dinginkan. Celupkan ayam kedalam putih telur lalu gulingkan di campuran tepung ulangi sampai tiga kali, goreng dengan minyak banyak dan panas hingga kuning kecoklatan. Sajikan selagi hangat dengan saus sambal
