Chocolate Cake with Ganache |
Untuk sponge cakenya saya pake resep sponge cake coklat biasa. tapi untuk ganachenya kali ini saya tidak pake DCC tapi pake coklat biasa yang harganya lebih murah he..he...
ini resep untuk ganache 200 grm coklat Meiji atau Morinaga 200 ml whipping cream
caranya: Potong coklat menjadi kecil-kecil panaskan whiping cream diatas kompor dengan api kecil hingga pinggirannya berbusa (jangan sampai mendidih) masukan potongan coklat diamkan sebentar lalu adul hingga membentuk cairan halus dan berkilat. dinginkan dan ganachepun siap digunakanLabels: Cake |
