Gulai Kepala Ikan

Bahan :
500 gram -700 gram kepala Ikan
(Kakap, Salmon, or ikan apa aja yang penting berdaging)
1 buah jeruk nipis ambil airnya
200 ml santan kental

Bumbu
3 sdm minyak untuk menumis bumbu
6 siung bawang merah
6 siung bawang putih
2 cm jahe
4 buah cabe merah
2 cm lengluas (saya pake lengkuas bubuk)
3 butir kemiri
Kunyit (saya pake kunyit bubuk)
Asam kandis
1 batang Serai geprek
Daun salam
Daun jeruk
Garam
Merica secukupnya

Cara membuat :
Potong Kepala ikan sesuai Selera (kalau gak mau repot ketika beli minta sekalian di potong), cuci bersih siram dengan perasan air jeruk nipis sisihkan.
Haluskan bumbu kecuali serai dan daun daunan.
Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum dan layu, masukan kepala ikan aduk rata tambahkan air masukan daun salam, daun jeruk asam kandis dan serai..masak sampai ikan lunak
Terakhir masukan santan masak dengan api kecil setelah matang masukan irisan tomat dan daun bawang. Angkat dan sajikan
