Eclair

Resep ini nyontek dari blognya Mbak Ina dengan sedikit modifikasi pada adonan kulit eclair airnya saya ganti dengan susu segar sehingga lebih gurih rasannya.
Eclair:
Bahan Kulit:
200 ml susu segar
150 gram margarin
125 gram terigu
1/2 sdt garam
4 butir telur
Vla isian
200 ml susu segar
50 gram gula pasir
1/4 sdt vanilie
1 kuning telur
2 sdm tepung maizena
Hiasan : Melted chocolate
Cara membuat
1. Didihkan susu bersama margarin, masukkan terigu aduk rata sampai kalis dan dinginkan
2. setelah dingin masukan telur satu persatu sambil terus di aduk samapi rata, cetak adonan dengan menggunkan spluit dengan cara memanjang lebih kurang 3 cm or sesuai selera bisa juga bundar
3 panggang di oven dengan suhu 200 O selama 25 menit angkat dan dinginkan
Vla isian.
