mini lemon cake

Terinspirasi dari Mbak Ine yang jago buat cake, dan pernah ngeliat doi buat mini cake yang cantik jadi pengen ikutan buat. penggunaan kulit lemon juga info dari mbak Ine. Makasih ya Mbak, tipsnya saya pake ya mungkin resep ini sedikit beda dengan resepnya mbak Ine ya.


Resep
3 butir telur
100 gram gula pasir
100 gram terigu
100 gram mentega
1/4 bh kulit lemon parut
1/2 sdt baking powder


hiasan
coklat masak
coklat putih/Pink

cara membuat :
1. leleh kan mentega sisihkan, campur dengan parutan kulit lemon
2. campur terigu dan baking baking powder ayak sishkan
3. kocok gula dan telur sampai pucat, masukan terigu aduk rata menggunakan spatula,terakhir masukan mentega cair.
4. tuang kedalam cup kecil (jangan terlalu penuh) panggang di oven dengan suhu 180 o selama 15 menit, angkat dan dinginkan
5. hias dengan coklat masak dan coklat putih

catatan: 1 resep untuk 20 mini cup
