Cumi Susur

Cumi ini dibuat pada saat suami ingin mengikuti lomba masak Bapak –bapak di PPI Nagoya. Pesenannya pengen masak cumi tapi yang beda dari biasanya. Setelah baca resep sana sini dapat ide membuat cumi isi, biar sedikit heboh diberi nama cumi susur. Dan Alhamdulillah dapat juara he..he..
resepnya :
Cumi besar 3 ekor
bahan isinya
tahu putih 1/2 pack
wortel 1/2 buah potong dadu kecil
udang kupas sedikit he..he...cincang kasar
daung bawang potong kecil kecil
jamur
1 butir telur
garam dan merica secukupnya
cara membuat:
bersihkan cumi buang isinya sisihkan
campur semua bahan isian jadi satu, tambahkan potongan kaki cumi yang di porong kecil-kecil, cicip jika ok, masukan adonan isi kedalam cumi utuh tutup atasnya menggunakan lidi tusuk gigi. kukus 20 menit (hingga matang) dengan api sedang. angkat sajikan dengan saus sambal

    Mbak Devi, mampir lagi nih..Iya mbak, resepnya pake yg diblog itu. Kalau utk beef juga sama. Tapi mungkinlebih bagus lagi hasilnya kalau bakso sapinya dikukus yaa.. Blm pernah nyoba sih..Cuma pernah denger umminya Faiz (ata), bikinnya dikukus.
