Kerang Saus Tiram

Seafood menjadi favorit kami sejak tinggal di Nagoya, selain gampang mendapatkan harganya juga relatif murah. dan satu lagi yang terpenting bisa dibeli dimana- mana tidak harus di halal food he..he.. . salah satu jenis seafood yang sering kubuat adalah Kerang Saus tiram ini, masaknya gampang cepat dan enak…..

Kerang Saus Tiram
Bahan
Kerang ukuran besar 300 gram
1 sdm saus tiram
4 sdm kecap manis
100 ml air
Bawang Bombay
Bawang putih
1 cm jahe cincang halus
Merica dan garam
Daun bawang potong kecil – kecil
Minyak goreng untk menumis

Cara membuat :
Tumis bawang Bombay, bawang putih hingga layu, masukan kerang masak sebentar. Masukan saus tiram, kecap manis dan jahe, merica dan garam masak hingga matang.
Terahir masukan daun bawang angkat dan sajikan selagi hangat
