Coklat Cake


Cake ini dibuat saat acara syukuran Apato baru, bulan September tahun lalu. isinya Cake coklat biasa dihias dengan cherry merah, jeruk Mandarin dan coklat serut

resep sponge cakenya
Bahan :
6 butir Telur
200 grm Gula Pasir
175 grm Terigu
25 grm coklat bubuk
200 grm margarin cairkan
1 sdt baking powder
1/2 sdt vanilie

Cara membuat :
Campur Terigu, coklat bubuk, baking powder ayak jadi satu sisihkan
Kocok gula dan telur sampai mengembang, pucat dan kaku. masukan campuran terigu aduk perlahan dengan spatula setelah rata masukan margarin cair. Tuang adonan kedalam loyang yang sudah dialas dengan kertas roti dan dioles mentega lalu panggang dioven dengan suhu 180 o C selama 40 menit (sampai matang). Angkat dinginkan dan Cake siap di hias.
