Lumpia Vietnam

Resep ini didapat dari hasil International cooking class beberapa bulan lalu. Yang jadi sensei Fung san dan Anh san dari Vietnam.

Bahan
6 lembar kulit lumpia Vietnam (banh trang)
3 lembar daun selada ptong memanjang
6 ekor udang windu besar, rebus, kupas, belah membujur menjadi dua
1 cm jahe iris halus memanjang
1 butir telur ayam, buat dadar, iris halus
30 gram bihun

Nuoc Cham (Saous)
2 buah cabai iris halus
3 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
60 g gula pasir
3 sdm air jeruk nipis
1 sdm cuka masak
3 sdm Fish souce
125 ml air
1/2 sdt garam (campur semua bahan menjadi satu)

Cara Membuat :
Ambil selembar kulit lumpia, basahi dengan air dingin matang seluruh permukaannya hingga lunak.
Susun 2 belahan udang berjajar di salah satu sisinya.
Taruh potonganr selada irisan jahe dan irisan telur dadar.
Gulung dan lipat kedua sisinya hingga rapi dan padat.


Sajikan dengan Nuoc Cham (Saus kecap ikan)
