Ikan Kembung bakar bumbu kuning |
Bahan Ikan kembung ukuran sedang 3 ekor, bumbu : air jeruk nipis, Cabe merah 3 buah,bawang putih, bawang merah, jahe 2 cm, laos, kemiri 3 butir, ketumbar halus 1/2 sdt, kunyit bubuk 1/4 sdt, salam 2 lembar, sereh 1 batang, garam dan gula secukupnya, 2 sdm minyak goreng untuk menumis, santan kental 100 ml,
Cara membuat : Bersihkan ikan, cuci dan kerat badannya kemudian perciki dengan air jeruk nipis sisihkan Haluskan semua bumbu kecuali salam dan sereh, panaskan minyak tumis sampai harum, masukan garam daun salam, sere dan santan, masukan ikan, masak hingga air susut. angkat panggang ikan sampai kuning kecoklatan. sajikan selagi hangat
