Lasagna


Akhirnya setelah nyari sana sini dan tanya sana sini daku menemukan juga jual lasagna kering di Jusco, sehingga hari ini aku bisa buat lasagna.
ini resepnya :
Bahan :
6 lembar lasagna kering
250 gram keju mozzarella parut
50 gram keju chedar parut

Saus Daging
2 sdm mentega
½ buah bawang Bombay iris halus
4 siung bawang putih cincang
400 gram Beef Mince (daging cincang)
3 buah tomat rebus saring
150 gram pasta tomat
1 sdt oregano kering
1 sdt basil kering
1 adt gula pasir
Garam dan merica secukupnya

Saus Keju
1 sdt mentega
50 gram terigu
300 ml susu segar
50 gram keju
Merica
Garam

Cara membuat
Didihkan air dalam panci tambhakan 1 sdt minyak zaitun atau minyak salad Rebus lasagna kering selama 20 menit atau sesuai petunjuk pada kemasan. Sisihkan

Saus Daging
Lelehkan mentega, tumis bawang Bombay dan bawang putih hingga harum masukan daging aduk rata hingga beruba warna, masukan tomat, pasta tomat gula garam dan merica masak hingga matang dan kental terakhir masukan oregano dan basil kering.

Saus keju
Lelehkan metega masukan terigu sedikit demi sedikit aduk rata, kemuadian masukan susu aduk sampai semua bahan tercampur rata, tambhakan keju garam dan merica masak hingga mengental angkat.

Penyajian;
Olesi pyrex atau pingan tahan panas dengan margarine susun 2 lembar lasagna pada dasar pinggan, tamhan ½ bagian Saus daging kemudian 1/3 bagian saus Keju dan Keju mozzarella tutup dengan 2 lembar lasagna dan ulangi samapi adonan habis. Lapisan paling atas saus keju dan keju parut, panggang pada suhu 180 semala 25 menit angkat
