Cawan Musi |
Bahan: 2 buah telur 2 cup air 1/4 dst dashi soyu jamur shitake udang daun Mitsuba (mirip daun ketumbar)
Cara membuat :
Potong jamur shitake menjadi 4 susun dalam cawan bersama udang (1 cawan 2 or 3 potong jamur plus 2 ekor udang) sisihkan. Kocok lepas telur campur dengan soyu air dan dashi, masukan kedalam cawan hingga penuh, kukus selama lebih kurang 25 menit. angkat dan sajikan selagi hangat
