Puding Casablanka

Puding ini nyontek resep dari blognya Mbak Tie Singapura, tetapi karena loyang yang saya punya hanya berukuran 18 cm jadi resepnya dikurangi. makasih ya mbak Tie, meski puding yang saya buat gak sebagus yang mbak Tie buat
ini resep versi saya...
Agar-agar 2 bungkus
100 grm margarin (cairkan)
3 butir telur
250 grm gula
60 grm terigu
1000 ml susu segar
1 sdm coklat bubuk, 1/4 sdt vinile

Cara membuat:

Didihkan agar-agar, 125 gr gula pasir dan 500 ml susu cair sampai mendidih, angkat dari api, campuran sisa susu supaya cepat dingin.
Kocok dengan mixer telur dan 125 gr gula pasir dan vanili sampai gula larut dan mengental masukkan tepung terigu dan mentega cair
Campur susu kedalam adonan telur, aduk rata bagi adonan, menjadi 2 bagian, satu bagian diberi coklat
Siapkan loyang olesi mentega alasi bawahnya dengan kertas roti
Tuang adonan bergantian dengan menggunakan plastic segitiga
Bakar adonan dengan cara ditim (au bain marie) selama 1 jam dengan suhu 160°
