Kue Lapis Pandan


Bahan :

1050 ml santan
1/4 sdt garam
250 tepung beras
50 grm tepung sagu
250 gram gula pasir
2 helai daun pandan
1/4 sdt vinili
pasta pandan secukupnya sebagai pewarna.

Cara membuat :
1. masak santan dan daun pandan sampai mendidih sisihkan biarkan hingga hangat, masukan gula aduk rata.
2. Campur tepung beras dan sagu, tambahkan santan sedikit demi sedikit aduk hingga rata, lakukan hingga semua santan habis.
3. bagi adonan menjadi 2 bagian, satu bagian di beri pasta pandan sehingga berwarna hijau,
4. siapkan loyang yang sudah diolesi minyak goreng dan di beri plastik. kukus samapi uapnya banyak
5. Tuang 50 ml adonan hijau ke lyang kukus selama 10 menit, kemudian adonan putih. lakukan hingga adonan habis. terakhir kukus selama 15 menit.
