Ebichiri
Buat Ambi, ebichiri ini bisa dijadikan salah satu alternatif pada saat kehilangan ide untuk buat bento, buatnya cepat dan rasanya juga enak ini resepnya:
Bahan:
300 grm Udang windu
50 gram tepung kanji (Katakuriko)
campur dengan sedikit garam

Minyak untuk menggoreng

bahan saus:

3 siung bawang putih cicang kasar
1 cm jahe iris halus

1/2 bawang bombay iris halus

3 sdm saus tomat

garam, gula merica secukupnya


cara membuat : Tepung kanji di bagi menjadi 2 bagian, satu bagian diberi air sedikit sisanya biarkan utuh. celupkan udang kedalam tepung kanji yang sdh diberi air kemudian celuplan pada tepung tanpa air. lakukan samapi tepung habis goreng dengan minyak banyak dan panas hingga matang sisihlan. untuk sausnya, panaskan minyak tumis bawang putih, bawang bombay hingga harum, masukan saus tomat, jahe, gula, garam dan merica. tambahakan sedikit air masak hingga mengental.. cicipi kalau udah ok campur udang yang sudah di goreng aduk rata dan siap dimakan....
