Ayam Panggang Bumbu Rujak
Bahan:

1 ekor ayam, potong-potong (saya pake drum stick)
400 ml santan
2 btg serai, ambil bagian putihnya, memarkan
2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
Daun salam dan daun jeruk
1 sdm gula pasir
1/2 sdt garam

Bumbu halus:
5 bh cabai merah
4 bh bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
3 bh kemiri
½ sdt kunyit bubuk
1 sdt ketumbar bubuk
1/4 sdt royko rasa terasi
1 sdm gula
1 sdt garam

Cara Membuat:
1. Tumis bumbu halus bersama serai dan lengkuas daun salam dan daun jeruk
hingga harum, masukkan ayam aduk-aduk. tambahkan gula pasir, aduk rata.
2. Tuang santan, masak hingga kuah mengental, tambahkan garam, aduk rata.
3. Angkat ayam, panggang sambil sesekali diolesi bumbu sampai ayam matang.
