Martabak Telur

Bahan Kulit

250 gr tepung terigu
130 ml air
50 ml minyak goreng
garam
minyak untuk merendam adonan

ISI
100 gr daging giling
2 siung bwg putih cincang
1/2 bwg bombay cincang
garam-merica-gula secukupnya
bahan isi ini ditumis semua.. sisihkan

PELENGKAP : aduk rata
1/2 buah bwg bombay cincang
100 gr daun bawang iris
3 btr telur kocok lepas
garam - merica secukupnya..

CARA MEMBUAT :
KULIT :
campur jadi satu bahan kulit
uleni sampai tidak lengket
bagi menjadi 4-5 bulatkan
rendam dalam minyak selama 2 jam

MARTABAK:
campur bahan isi dan bahan pelengkap, aduk rata sisihkan.
ambil satu bulatan adonan giling dengan gilingan roti hingga tipis, isi kulit dengan campuran isi dan pelengkapnya
goreng hingga kuning kecoklatan, sajikan selagi hangat bersama acar mentimu
