Rendang Fujigaoka

Judulnya sengaja dibuat sedikit aneh karena kalau berjudul rendang Padang kayaknya gak pede he..he…karena kita tinggalnya di Fujigaoka makanya judulnya rendang ala Fujigaoka.
Ini resep campuran antara resep asli ibuku dan disesuaikan dengan bahan yang tersedia,

bahan
- 1 kg daging, potong sesuai selera
- 500 ml santan pekat
- 4 lbr daun jeruk
- 2 batang serai
- garam dan gula secukupnya
- 1 buah bawang bombay potong kecil-kecil
- 2 buah asam kandis (kayaknya 2 potong deh )
- 1 bungkus bumbu rendang instant (cap bamboe)

Bumbu halus
- 5 siung bawang merah
- 5 siung bawang putih
- 2 cm jahe
- 3 buah kemiri
- 1sdt ketumbar halus
- 6 cabe merah(sesuai selera kalo suka pedas bisa ditambah)

Cara :
Panaskan 2 sdm minyak goreng tumis bawang bombay hingga layu, masukan bumbu halus aduk rata tumis hingga bumbu wangi masukan daging, biarkan hingga airnya kering, lalu masukkan santan, , serai, asam kandis, daun jeruk dan bumbu instan, masak dengan api kecil biar daging empuk masak hingga airnya agak mengering, jangan lupa masukan garam dan sedikit gula. Rendangpun siap disantap
