Sate ayam

Bahan :

500 gram daging ayam potong kotak ukuran 1.5X 1.5 cm

1 sdm minyak goreng

3 sdm kecap manis

3 siung bawang putih haluskan

Tusuk sate (sebelumnya direndam dalam air sehingga tdk gampang terbakar)

Saus kacang:

100 grm kacang tanah, disangrai dan dibuang kulitnya, lalu dihaluskan
150 ml santan
garam secukupnya

Pelengkap:
3 sdm kecap manis
6 buah bawang merah, iris halus
acar ketimun

Cara membuatnya:
Campur ayam yang sudah dipotong dengan minyak goreng, kecap manis, dan bawang putih halus sisihkan

Siapkanlah sate, tiap tusuk 4 - 5 daging dan usahkan tidak terlalu rapat, supaya matang merata.

Siapkan juga bumbu kacang: masak santan hingga mendidih angkat dan campur dengan kacang tanah. Bila suka pedas tambahkan ulekan cabe merah.

Campur sate dengan bumbu bakarnya. dan bakar hingga setengah matang, angkat dari api gulingkan lagi dibumbu bakarnya dan bakar hingga matang.

Sajikan dengan menyiram bumbu kacang, irisan bawang merah, kecap manis dan acar.
