Malbi Daging sapi
Kali ini pengen posting resep daging, masaknya sih udah beberapa waktu yang lalu. jenis masakan daging ini khas dari palembang mesti penampakannya mirip semur tp rasanya beda.
ini resepnya :
Bahan:
500 gram daging sapi
3 sdm kecap manis
300 ml sanatan kental
bawang goreng untuk taburan

Bumbu halus:
5 butir bawang merah (saya ganti dgn bawang bombay )
5 siung bawang putih
1 sdt merica
4 butir kemiri
1 ruas jahe.
1/4 buah biji pala
garam dan gula secukupnya

cara membuat :
Tumis bumbu hingga harum, masukan daging aduk hingga airnya keluar, tambahkan kecap dan santan masak hingga daging lunak dengan api kecil
