Empal Daging
Beberapa waktu lalu diundang makan di rumah mbak Esti, terus dia masak empal enak sekali dagingnya empuk...jadi pengen buat dan hasil bertanya inilah penampakannya:

bahan:
400 gram daging sapi
2 sdm ketumbar halus
30 gram gula merah (kalau suka manis boleh ditambah)
Bumbu halus
5 siung bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
2 cm laos
1 batang serai geprek
2 lembar daun salam
garam
air secukupnya

cara membuat :
rebus daging dengan bumbu halus, sere salam garan dengan air secukupnya hingga daging agak lembut dan airnya tersisa 1/2. angkat daging iris dan pukul pukul (geprek ya) kemuadian rebus kembali hingga sisa air habis.... untuk penyajian goreng empal denga 2 sdm minyak hidangkan selagi hangat....mmmmmm oishi.......
