Risoles



This resoles was made when we participated in the International Food and Dance Festival which was held on Sunday, 24 February 2008. This international event was organized by the Kiyosu International Association, Kiyoshi City, Aichi, Japan. There were some other participants from other countries such as Thailand, India, Mexico, Bulgaria, Italia, Uganda.

The resoles we made was made intentionally big enough in order to be served as one person one piece.

Mie Ayam Jamur

Cuaca masih dingin disini mesti kadang matahari mulai bersinar, dingin-dingin gini jadi kangen dengan mie ayamnya pak Abu yang jualan di sebelah LIPI Gatsu. Daripada ngences gak keturutan ya mending bikin sendiri. ya rasanya beda beda dikitlah he..he.. tapi tetep uenak....

resepnya nyontek dari sana sini dan edit sana sini....


Mie ayam jamur
Tumis ayam jamur
300 gram filet ayam potong kecil
1 kaleng jamur kancing .
4 siung bawang putih cincang
3 sdm kecap manis
1 sdm saus tiram
garam merica secukupnya.

Cara membuat :
Tumis bawang putih hingga harum, masukan ayam aduk rata hingga berubah warna tambahkan jamur kancing, kecap manis, saus tiram, garam dan merica. beri sedikit air aduk masak hingga matang sisihkan.

Kuah Bakso:
Buat kaldu dari daging sapi atau ayam (lebih enak daging yang ada tulangnya)..
rebus daging sapi atau ayam dengan 1,2 liter air, setelah daging empuk tambahan tumisan bawang putih, daun bawang garam dan merica plus sedikit gula. masukan bakso....

penyajian:
rebus mie sebentar dalam kuah bakso taruh dalam cawan, tambahkan 2 sdm ayam jamur dan rebusan sawi, kemuadian taburi dengan irisan daun bawang dan bawang goreng.... sajikan dengan sambal sehingga bisa makan yang pedes...........

Bolkus Ketan Hitam

Mmmm............... setelah sekian lama merindukan si tepung hitam ini akhirnya aku mendapatkannya dari salah seorang temen, akhirnya aku bisa juga buat si hitam manis ini.
Bolkus ini rasanya enak sekali, dan teksturnya juga lembut. resep bolkus ini saya dapat dari kemasan tepung ketan hitam yang di beli temen di Indonesia.....berhubung kapasitas kukusan saya kecil jd saya hanya buat 1/2 resep aja di resep aslinya juga pake susu kental manis 2 sdm tapi saya gak pake.....
ini resep bolkus diatas:
Bahan
Telur 3 butir
gula pasir 125 grm
tepung ketan hitam 125 grm
mentega 100 grm cairkan
vanili
Baking powder 1/4 sdt
garam sedikit
Cara membuat:
panaskan dandang.
kocok gula n telur hingga putih dan mengembang, masukan tepung ketan hitam aduk rata, masukan garam dan vanile. terakhir masukan mentega cair... aduk rata masukan ke loyang ukuran 18 cm kukus selama 30 menit angkat dinginkan dan potong sesuai selera.......

Lontong Opor






ketika jalan jalan ke web nya NCC ada resep opor ayam, jadi pengen akhirnya buat lah....mesti lebaran masih jauh ya gak apa-apa soalnya kangen.....


untuk resep opornya biasa gak ada yg istimewa sama seperti resep - resep yang banyak beredar di blog-blog... yang istimewanya bikin lontongnya repot........ kalau di Indonesia sih enak tinggal pesen he..he.. tapi ya demi mengobati rasa kangen terhadap lontong opor ya bela-belain buat lontong sendiri........
